What I Recreated: Sweet Potato Wrap

Dish: Sweet Potato Wrap

What's inside:

whole wheat wrap
arugula
sweet potato
guacamole
roasted red pepper

My recreation:

Sweet Potato Open-Faced Sandwich

Ingredients:

champagne bread from Agata and Valentina
baked and mashed sweet potato
red peppers- sliced and roasted
avocado- slightly mashed
arugula

I baked, I smashed, I sliced, I ate! I got the idea for an open-faced "tartine," rather, not from France but from my time in Germany.
