brussel sprouts from Bayview Farm in Jamesport, LI

fresh lime juice
maple vinaigrette

My recreation: 

Roasted Brussle Sprouts with Garlic

Ingredients:

brussle sprouts (From 125th Harlem Farmer's Market)
olive oil
grape seed oil
garlic, sliced in half
oregano
sea salt and pepper

When roasted it brings out a savory-ness that one may not expect from a sprout.
